If you do not purchase SolarWinds’ software maintenance or allow your software maintenance to expire, then you will be required to purchase a new software license in order to receive upgrades to new versions of your SolarWinds’ software products.

If you choose not to purchase SolarWinds’ software maintenance, you will only receive updates to your SolarWinds’ software products, on a when and if available basis, which are released during the period beginning on the date of purchase of your software product and ending 12 months from such purchase date.
