SolarWinds Orion is customizable so you can configure the “look and feel” of the screens as well as the content and layout. In fact, each user (or customer) can be configured with their own custom screens.

Unique user customization means that an Orion monitoring 100 routers, hubs and servers can be configured so that each user can only see information and performance statistics on the devices or interfaces the administrator allows.
Custom User Accounts

One of the most popular features of the Orion Network Performance Monitor is the ability to customize the application for each customer. You can not only change the color palate, but also the type of information that is displayed on each screen.

For example, it can be configured so the server team only sees the servers, the Texas region to only sees their network or the distribution division sees only their equipment. Furthermore, customization allows each customer to have their own “hot” network map for fault management.
