                  • Channel Partners / Resellers
                    • Customers who have fully implemented their SolarWinds System and want to better utilize its features
                      • Customers who have recently purchased, or are considering purchasing any SolarWinds software

                      • All training courses must PAID IN FULL fourteen (14) business days prior to the training start date.
                      • Classroom space is reserved only after receiving full payment.
                      • Course Reservations are granted on an individual student basis.   WRITTEN requests for student substitutions are accepted up until two (2) business days prior to the Class Start Date.
                      • Course may be rescheduled 30 days prior to the training start date.
                      • Purchased courses are valid for 120 days.   After 120 days, the purchaser forfeits the course without refund.
                      • There are no refunds.
